We choose to see children where they are. We are governed by a structure of practices and not a structured curriculum. 

We patiently wait for a teachable moment to arise.

For us, children are the curriculum. We meet the needs of children by developing the whole child at a pace that is right for each child. By operating from a place of TRUST and not a place of FEAR, we tap into the children's super power of curiosity and hence, making learning meaningful and joyful. 

Through a child-centric approach, we empower children to ask questions, to be curious, to engage in teamwork, solve problems, make suggestions, demonstrate innovation, assess risk, manage risk, regulate emotions, to ask for help, to support one another and much more.
